Each bike model includes a specific 'Size Guide' on its product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more control or sizing up for more stability.

Are the bikes shipped fully assembled?

For safety and shipping efficiency, bikes are delivered 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for cycling gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. For bicycles, returns are accepted within 14 days provided the bike has not been ridden outdoors and is in mint condition.

Do you offer professional maintenance services?

Yes, every bike purchased from 99 Bikes comes with a complimentary first service within the first 3 months of ownership. You can book a maintenance appointment at any of our physical service centers.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All our bikes come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on non-consumable components like derailleurs, shifters, and brakes. Tires and tubes are excluded from standard warranty coverage.

Do you offer financing options for high-end models?

Yes, we partner with several providers to offer interest-free financing plans for up to 12 months on select models. You can select 'Financing' as your payment method during the checkout process.
