The Merida Mission CX 400 is a race-ready cyclocross bike that is made for all conditions commuting or pushing the limits on the gravel. The Mission CX 400 is designed to race, but also for someone that needs a versatile bike with the added flexibility of off-road capable wheels and the efficient riding position of a road bike.
It is made with Merida’s high-end ProLite 66 Triple Butted Aluminium frame. Using the triple butted wall thickness and hydroforming technology, the aluminium tubes give the best possible stiffness to weight ratio. While the tapered head tube with 1 1/8" bearings in the top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" in the bottom also improves stiffness and creates precise, confidence inspiring steering. Equipped with a 22 speed Shimano 105 groupset, the components on the Mission CX 400 are reliable and provide high-performance. When you’re pushing the limits off road, you’ll have control with the Tektro Spyre disc brakes ensuring you’ll be able to stop quickly in any conditions.
The Mission CX 400 is built to race and help you get the most out of yourself, but can also be used in everyday life.
